A note from Pastor Allen

Did you know that you are special? Yep, you are. You might not hear it very often but you are. In Gensis 1:26 it says that God said," Let us make man in our image, in our likeness....". You know what that means? Yes.. YOU ARE SPECIAL! You were created for a purpose and for a reason. Sometimes you may feel discouraged and bad about yourself because of the way you look or do things. When those days happen, just stop, take a deep breath and remember GOD loves you and YOU ARE SPECIAL!

A mother called her son on Sunday morning to make sure he got out of bed and was ready for church.

"I am not going," he replied.

"Yes you are going, so get out of that bed!" his mother demanded.

"Give me one good reason why I should go," said her son.

"I'll give you three good reasons. One, I am your mother and I say that you are going. Two you are 40 years old, so your're old enough to know better. And three, you're the pastor, so you need to be there!"
